Lecture/demonstrations

The Washington Performing Arts Society and Montgomery County, MD Schools sponsor Ziva's Spanish Dance Ensemble for lecture demonstrations in schools and for senior citizen's groups in the Washington metropolitan area, and Maryland respectively.

The Ensemble presents a lively, interactive music and dance performance, complete with regional costumes, castanets, and guitars.

Children have the opportunity to watch and listen to Spanish music and dance, hear about Spain's colorful history, and ask questions. The children may participate in a "pitos y palmas" session and learn a small dance.
