- The Personal Development program helps Zambian youth develop the capacity to envision their
life in the most satisfying form, and then develop a strategy to achieve it. At the end of the
program, each participant is expected to develop a path toward a meaningful life. Currently,
the program hosts seminars on topics such as leadership and career development.
- We held three personal development workshops; two focusing on career guidance and one on
leadership. The career guidance workshops were conducted at Lwitikila Girls Secondary School
and St Monica’s Girls Secondary School in Muchinga and Eastern Provinces respectively to the
twelfth grade. These were provided with information on various programs offered at
universities in Zambia and abroad as well as the prerequisites for admission into these
programs. The workshop attendance was overwhelming attracting 85 and 86 girls at Lwitikila
Girls Secondary School and St. Monica’s respectively.
- For the leadership workshop which was held at our new office premises, it attracted thirty two
individuals. It focused on personal leadership and aimed at providing participants with a
paradigm shift; so as to view themselves as leaders in their own right despite not having
